- Research and hire outside service providers. Maintain all contracts.
- Supervise and inspect contractor projects and work.
- Manage all keys to all the apartments and all parts of the property.
- Preventative building maintenance and general property inspection to ensure proper operation of building ammenities and
services (garbage removal, snow removal, safe and debris-free walkways, well lit parking areas).
- All building codes compliance.
- Maintain insurance policies and ensure all inspections are done timely (e.g. boiler, elevator and fuel tank).
Knowledgeable on all building codes, compliance, utility inspections and legislative issues.
Financial
- Maintenance/rent collection.
- Financial Recording: Maintain thorough and accurate financial records on the properties, including but not limited to tenant information, rent collected, bills paid, work done on the apartments etc.
Provide monthly reports to landlord.
